How do I book?
Choose a service on the Everwell Luxe booking page, pick a date and time, and pay the deposit that holds your appointment. Most deposits are $25.
Do I need a consultation first?
A 60-minute consultation is the place to start if you're new or unsure. It covers your health history and goals so your plan is built for you. Facial balancing, Kybella® and GLP-1 care begin with one.
Who performs my treatment?
Injectables are performed by Shavona Butler, MSN, APRN, owner and certified nurse injector.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. Buy now, pay later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, and you can get approved before your appointment.
What is the cancellation policy?
A 30% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within two hours of the appointment.
